Summary of ALRC Proposals
David Weisbrot, president of the ALRC, has summarised the ALRC proposals. It's a balanced and articulate piece of writing that advocates "a bright line" between protecting free speech and the reach of criminal law. It's good. You should read it. It'll either inspire you to read the Discussion Paper or save you the trouble.
